My controller won't turn on or has no power

What to do if your ONMO+ Pro Controller shows no signs of life.

If pressing the Home button does nothing and no LEDs light up, follow these steps:

  1. Plug in the USB-C cable to charge. If the controller has power, all 4 LEDs will start blinking rapidly — this means it is charging. Wait at least 30 minutes, then press the Home button to power on.

  2. No LEDs at all when plugged in? Try a different USB-C cable and a different power adapter or USB port. A faulty cable is a common culprit.

  3. Still no response? Try a factory reset — insert a pin into the reset hole on the back of the controller and hold for 5 seconds.

If the controller shows no response even after charging, a new cable, and a factory reset, this may indicate a hardware issue. Please contact our support team — controller warranty and returns are handled through Flipkart.
