My controller is frozen or isn't responding

Steps to fix an ONMO+ Pro Controller that has stopped responding mid-use.

Try the following steps in order:

  1. Check battery: If the RGB ring is blinking red slowly, the battery is low. Plug in via USB to charge before continuing.

  2. Check the mode: Make sure the correct wireless mode is active — LED 1/2/3 for Bluetooth, LED 4 for the 2.4 GHz dongle. Hold the M (Mode) button for 2 seconds to switch.

  3. Check for existing connections: Ensure the controller is not already connected to another device. Turn off Bluetooth on other previously paired devices.

  4. Re-enter pairing mode: Hold Pair for 3 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly, then search for the controller in your device's Bluetooth settings.

  5. Factory reset: If none of the above helps, perform a factory reset and re-pair from scratch.
