The ONMO+ Pro Controller connects to TVs (and PCs) exclusively via the included 2.4 GHz USB dongle — Bluetooth is not available for TV. If the controller isn't being detected, follow the steps below.
Step 1 — Check the dongle is plugged in
The 2.4 GHz receiver is stored inside a small compartment on the back of the controller when not in use. Make sure it is fully inserted into a USB port on your TV or PC.
Step 2 — Make sure you're in the correct mode
The controller must be in Mode 4 to use the dongle. Hold the M (Mode) button for 2 seconds, repeating until LED 4 is the one lit on the front strip.
Step 3 — Try to connect
Once LED 4 is active, the controller should connect automatically. When connected, LED 4 turns solid and the controller vibrates once.
If it doesn't connect automatically, hold the Pair button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly, then wait for it to turn solid.
Still not connecting?
Unplug and reinsert the dongle, then try the Pair button again.
Try a different USB port on the TV or PC — some ports provide less power.
Switched TVs recently? The dongle remembers one device per mode. If you moved the dongle to a new TV, you'll need to re-pair: set Mode 4 and hold Pair for 3 seconds with the dongle plugged into the new TV.
Factory reset the controller if none of the above works. Insert a pin into the small reset hole on the back (near the M1/M2 buttons), hold for 5 seconds, then re-pair from scratch.
If the controller still isn't detected after a factory reset, please contact us via in-app chat or WhatsApp support — this may indicate a hardware issue covered under your 1-year warranty.
