Auto-VPN on Apple devices can affect streaming quality

Some Apple devices can automatically connect to a VPN. When this happens, it may affect your connection to ONMO+ and lead to lag, stuttering, lower video quality, or disconnections.

VPNs route your connection through additional servers before it reaches ONMO+, which can increase latency and make cloud gaming less stable.

What to do

  1. Check whether a VPN is active on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

  2. Turn off any VPN that starts automatically, then reconnect to ONMO+ and try playing again.

  3. If you use a VPN for another service, make sure it stays disabled while playing ONMO+.
