Lag or poor streaming quality on a TV is not always caused by your internet connection. Some TVs may have difficulty processing a live game stream smoothly, which can result in higher lag, stuttering, or lower video quality.
Check whether the issue is specific to your TV
Try playing ONMO+ on another device, such as your mobile phone, while using the same network.
If the game performs better on the other device, the issue may be related to how the TV is handling the stream rather than your network connection.
Make sure your TV has a clear connection
Keep the TV reasonably close to your router where possible.
Avoid placing the TV or router inside an enclosed metal cabinet or behind objects that may block the Wi-Fi signal.
If your TV is close to your router, connect to the 5 GHz band for faster speeds. If your TV is further away or in another room, switch to the 2.4 GHz band for better range and signal penetration.
If your TV supports it, turn on Game Mode.
If the issue continues
Contact ONMO+ Support via Live Chat in the app and share the exact TV brand and model number. This helps us investigate the issue and optimise stream quality where possible.
You can also see the Network issues and troubleshooting article for general steps to improve your connection.
