How do I set up Steam and start playing my own games?

Connect Steam to ONMO+, sign in securely, and launch supported games from your own library.

Written by ONMO+ Support

Install & Play lets you play supported games from your own Steam library through ONMO+.

To use Install & Play, you need:

  • An active ONMO+ subscription

  • A Steam account

  • A supported game owned by that Steam account, or an eligible free-to-play game added to its library

Creating a Steam account

If you do not have a Steam account, you can create one for free on the Steam website.

Connecting Steam and launching a game

  1. From the Install & Play section in ONMO+ select Link Steam Account.

  2. When Steam opens, sign in using your Steam username and password or scan the QR code using the Steam mobile app.

  3. If Steam Guard is enabled, approve the sign-in request in the Steam mobile app. If Steam sends a security code by email, enter the code when prompted.

  4. Wait for Steam to complete the sign-in and launch the game.

Do not close Steam while the game is starting. If Steam is closed during sign-in or launch, quit the current ONMO+ session and start it again.

Buying games and adding free-to-play games

Games must be purchased or added to your library directly through Steam at store.steampowered.com. ONMO+ does not sell or provide licenses for Install & Play games.

Supported free-to-play games can be launched directly through ONMO+ and they will be added automatically to your Steam library for free.

Which Steam games can I play?

Not every game available on Steam is supported by ONMO+. A game must appear in the ONMO+ Install & Play catalog before it can be streamed, even if you already own it. Browse supported Install & Play games.
