Understanding DLC compatibility for supported Steam games

Learn about DLC support on ONMO+, why some DLC may not launch, and how to request compatibility.

ONMO+ supports DLC (Downloadable Content) for select Install & Play games. However, DLC compatibility is not available for every supported game.

If your Steam account owns DLC for a game, you may be unable to launch it through ONMO+ if that particular DLC is not supported. This can happen even when:

  • The base game is listed in the ONMO+ Install & Play catalog.

  • Your linked Steam account owns both the base game and its DLC.

  • The game and DLC launch normally through Steam on another computer.

Why does this happen?

DLC compatibility depends on the game and the content supported by ONMO+. Some games can launch with their DLC, while others may encounter launch issues when unsupported DLC is associated with the game.

This does not necessarily indicate a problem with your Steam account or the validity of your game or DLC licences.

What should I do if my DLC is not supported?

If you own DLC for a game and are unable to launch it through ONMO+, please contact ONMO+ Support through live chat with the following details:

  • The name of the game.

  • The DLC you own or want to use.

  • A brief description of the issue you encounter when launching the game.

Our team can review your request and help clarify the current DLC compatibility status for that game.

Please note that DLC support is available only for select games, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every DLC.

Do not repurchase the base game or DLC to resolve this issue.

We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue working to expand DLC compatibility on ONMO+.
